The Vendor Gaming License Packet contains the instructions, the vendor gaming license application, and all ancillary documents. This packet is for a company that must be licensed. Do NOT use this packet if you are an individual who works for a vendor who must be licensed.
The Individual License Application Packet for Vendors contains the instructions, the individual gaming license application, and all ancillary documents for a vendor employee who is submitting their initial licensing application. Use this packet if you are an individual who works for a licensed vendor and are required to hold an individual gaming license. See the FAQ for details. The Blank Individual Renewal Form for Vendors is for a vendor employee who is renewing an existing individual license. Use this packet if you are an individual who is already licensed by the Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission and work for a licensed vendor. See the FAQ for details.
